The scientific article titled "The Impact and Perspectives of Digitalization on Document Workflow" by Rahima Yagubali, an educator at the Department of Humanities at the Industrial and Technology College under Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), has been published in the international scientific journal "Science and Innovative Technologies."

The article explores the role and significance of digital document management systems in the administrative activities of enterprises and organizations, the optimization of document workflow, the assurance of information security, and the enhancement of organizational efficiency.
