The next meeting was held under the chairmanship of the College Director, Professor Nasim Abishov. During the meeting, organizing the educational process in accordance with modern requirements, making extensive use of digital opportunities, and student monitoring issues were discussed.

It was planned to implement relevant measures in the following directions:

Electronic Document Management: Complete electronic organization of document dispatch, the endorsement/resolution mechanism, and internal correspondence.

Digital Exams: Increasing the number of electronic exams in the current academic year, reducing the number of written exams, and gradually transitioning to digital exams for other subjects.

Exam Supervision: Ensuring that exams are conducted objectively and transparently, and that established rules are followed.

Student Attendance: Promptly contacting the parents of students who reach the attendance limit and increasing the responsibility of class tutors (group leaders).

Digital Library: Enriching the resources of the newly created digital library and uploading lecture materials to the relevant system.

The main goal of the measures to be implemented is to improve the quality of education, enhance management efficiency, and ensure students' access to modern educational resources.
