In order to ensure high-level preparation for the autumn examination session of the 2026–2027 academic year, as well as to guarantee complete transparency and objectivity during the exam process, a meeting was organized with the participation of the Registration, Assessment, and Monitoring Department, heads of departments, and chairs of subject commissions.
Gunel Dadashova, Head of the Registration, Assessment, and Monitoring Department, delivered a speech highlighting the main strategic steps to be taken during the upcoming session. She issued the following important instructions to enhance the quality of examinations and maintain objectivity:
Expanding the scope of digital examinations: Increasing the number of exams conducted in digital format compared to previous years and defining the precise list of relevant subjects to maximize transparency in the examination process.
Developing students' digital skills: Taking measures to improve students' computer usage and digital literacy skills to prevent any technical difficulties during digital exams.
Improving question banks: Preparing and submitting high-quality, comprehensive question banks that meet modern standards for approval in a timely manner, for both digital and written exam formats.
At the end of the meeting, it was emphasized that organizing examinations in an objective, fair, and transparent environment is one of the main priorities of the college, and concrete tasks were assigned to responsible personnel regarding the execution of the upcoming duties.
