A software solution for an Electronic Document Management System has been developed and launched at the Industrial and Technology College to digitize document management processes.

To support this initiative, a training session titled “Digital Records Management and Guidelines for Using the New Software” was conducted by Yusif Azizov, Chairman of the College’s IT Club.

The main objective of the training was to introduce the Electronic Document Management System implemented to digitize administrative documentation processes, demonstrate its functional capabilities and operating principles to relevant officials, and provide department and chair heads with practical instruction on how to use the system.

During the training, participants were given practical demonstrations of the system’s key functions, including document creation, sending, forwarding documents to relevant individuals, tracking document statuses, and other essential operations.

The newly developed Electronic Document Management System is designed to ensure that document management at the Industrial and Technology College is carried out in a more organized, efficient, and digital manner.

The system was developed by the AZEDEV IT Club, taking into account the specific needs of the College. The project’s development and technical implementation were led by Yusif Azizov, Chairman of the IT Club.
